Nice easy and efficient process. I would make one suggestion, however, and that is to be careful where you put the pick up sticker.......in this case, it was placed right on the clear plastic front of the box, ruining the look of the gift, and impossible to get all the way off.

I was really disappointed with these headphones

I have a pair of $17 headphones are were just as good. I don't see the difference between my cheap ones and these. I was really disappointed and had to return these!!! Not work all the money!!!!

The cable kept bouncing on the back on my neck when I was running, which I found annoying. If you are not using them a the gym, I would recommend them cause they are light weight, and very portable.
