Low on reliability

Initially they worked very well, however, in a few months the volume and power buttons became nonoperational. The earphones wouldn't reset, had to return them to the apple store and am still awaiting their repsonse.

The problem was comfort I could wear them for more than 30 minutes without my ears hurting so much I had to take them off.
