Doesn't hold a charge

With my first pair, after 30-days of use, they wouldn't hold a charge any longer. I'd charge them on an outlet (as opposed to my PC) overnight and the light stayed red, never turned white indicating a full charge. When I tried to use them, they'd play for 15 minutes then die. I tried all the reset tricks that are recommended on the forums and none worked for me. I returned the first pair to Best Buy and exchanged them for a new pair. This second pair completely died after two weeks and now they won't hold any charge, so I don't even get 15-minutes from them. With this second pair, Best Buy won't take them back and told me I had to deal with the manufacturer directly...needless to say, I'm out $200. Overall, this product is poor quality. If Bose would come out with a similar pair of wireless headphones, I'd buy them...Beats quality just isn't on the same level.
