Disappointment to say the least

Well you would be wrong bought a pair of these then a second pair for the fiancé and both pair no longer work and it is a two wk min process to have them serviced then you will here back from them to get a result. Works great for a few months but then won't charge or stay charged and the little resets do nothing nor does their update for the price of these headphones this is a joke and won't dare waste another dime on a beat product!!!!!

Great Headphones, ok Bluetooth Device

The microphone is limited and my iPhone does not recognize it when answering a call so I always have to manually select the Beats wheb answering a call
