Poor Quality Sound/Materials

You will need a small miracle to get any support of you pass 15 days of owning the product. The won't touch it and they the employees have poor training and little empathy for the customer. Buyer beware!

After doing some research I decided on Powerbeats2. I use them at the gym to work out so the water resistant feature is attractive. The sound quality is fine but it doesn't seem like I can go very far without an interruption. I notice the music breaks up specially if I go around a corner.
