Second Beats product. Loose wire caused music to intermittently cut out. Buy an extended warranty! Not sure if average sound quality was due to faulty wire. Returned Beats and waiting for store to restock and try another set.

The sound is not great for a $200 headset. They also fit a bit loose for a sport headset.

Bought these for my son. He was always breaking the end that plug into mic jack. Hopefully this fixes the problem.

I've gone through 4 pair of Powerbeats so far and I'm waiting for Apple to send my 5th replacement pair to me. I am thankful that Apple continues to replace them; however, it is a huge hassle to: 1) continually be without my headphones, 2) re-package/ship the bad headphones every few weeks, 3) make sure I'm home to sign for the delivery of the replacements, and 4) call in to Apple support to go through the process of explaining why they don't work anymore. I've read message board after message board explaining the exact same process. I suppose Apple is okay with just continuing to replace them rather than fix the obvious issues with the product.
