Best Buy exchanged the first pair......I was going to buy Bose and I wish I would have now!

They would not hold a charge and at some point stopped working. i returned them and bought another pair because of the performance from the other two that i previously purchased. Expensive product to fail so quickly.

This is my 4th purchase in 9 months

I have purchased 4 of these things and they have all broken (mic not working, won't charge, etc) and I didn't even drop it. What's worse is there is not even a warranty I could have purchase (due to the change in policy at the beginning of the year). I now have had to contact Apple directly and it's been a pain.
