Disappointing start

If I didn't keep my iPod facing the headphones and within an arms length, then the reception died. Best Buy let me return for another pair. The second pair seems to be working fine so far. I might recommend these to a friend but with that warning.

Worst Item Ever

After less than 2 months later, second product stopped charging. I tried to contact with BestBuy and they told me that I need to contact with Apple and need to go to Apple store get on the line and wait.. BestBuy admits that this product has lot of complains but I don't know why BestBuy still trying to sell this item to its customer...by the way, if it works, it has good sound quality but not last long..my suggestion is get something cheap and don't worry about rest.. also, when you buy this product go online and register.(who register all the product that we purchase!!). Otherwise they don't accept warranty.
