Does not fit my ear

They do not reach into the ear. The ear piece is inflexible and too short to make a good seal in order to block outside noise.

They are an absolute disappointment. So much of a disappointment, that I have not attempted to purchase another pair SINCE 2015. Are the 2017 versions any better?
