I love listening to books with them. It helps me to know a lot of the noise even with my AirPods Pro. I had interruptions in trying to concentrate with these. I do not have that.

It was like the music was all around me w/ the added bonus of blocking out exterior noise. Great for concentration. Ladies I would not recommend running with these as you really cannot hear your surroundings so be mi duck of that, otherwise a great buy
