Exchanged for new pair
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for my son's birthday and they lasted 28 days before the left ear started shorting out. I thought it was odd because it was the ear that doesn't require the cord that was broken. I would expect that with normal wear and tear from the ear that had the plug. I took them back to the store and the guy at the service desk helped me exchange them for a new pair. He was very helpful and it was a quick easy exchange. So far so good, but the new pair are only 1 week old. Fingers crossed that they last longer than 28 days this time especially for how expensive they were.
