His brother also has a pair and you can rarely find either one of them not wearing them. They must block out the outside noise, because they can't hear me when I ask them to do something

They were for my son and he seems happy with them. The customer service was non-existent, however. We had a hard time locating the product we wanted on the shelf and there was no one around to ask for help. It was not a good experience all the way around.
