We love these headphones ! We read several reviews before purchasing both good and bad but this is our 2nd Beats purchase and though they do break easily ( which happened to our last pair ) the sound is superior to other head phones !

Weak Management - I asked a cashier if Best Buy matched COSTCO and the girl said yes, she got the guy supervisor behind her to approve but before they could ring me up the manger called and asked who authorized the purchase. The cashier said the supervisor. The manager told me he price matches COSTCO but not at that price. Well you either price match or you don't. I don't think you should pick and choose what you price match. I had no problem giving my money to COSTCO but I would have like to have gotten the rewards for the purchase.

The sound quality is excellent. I was lucky enough to get the Black Friday price which was affordable and money well spent. Love,love,Love!

The shipping price of this product was for free, and there was a specific date told me when I could get it, and then I received it on time. Second, packing appearance of this product was really nice. After took apart the delivery box, there was a product box presented in front of me. The top face of box is white, with the image of this product, and there were “beats solo2 wireless” these words with red color on the bottom of this surface; after took away the white pack, there was a black box, this color makes the box beautiful and high-level class. When I open the black box, there was a page said “CHANGE THE WAY YOU HEAR SOUND” and the logo image of beats with bright black. After that, I thought I definitely could see my headphones next, but not, there was a black, soft and zippered carrying case on the center, and the headphone was in it; and the introduction book, charger and USB wire are on the bottom of the box. Product Description Beats solo2 headphones have a good quality. First, you can easily bring it with you because this headphone can be folded and put into a small carrying case that provided, and hook onto your bag, or you can just hang around your neck because it is also good-looking. The pictures that Best Buy shows...It looks weird and ugly but actually buying it and physically having the product...it lookes 10 times better...

The headphones are beats headphones nice plus in that sense, however, the color is a pink, coral, salmon color. More for a girl, the color in the picture is so deceiving and that upsets me because I had a shipping issue that delayed my package (postal/Best Buy's fault) so now it's 3 days till xmas and my son is stuck with pink beats headphones.
