Ear piece hurts

They are too tight and tighten my glasses, leaving me with a headache after using them for more than 30 minutes. I tried returning them but was denied by the store manager

I been looking for this color for my daughter for a long time and finally found them at Best buy. You guys rock. She absolutely love them. She uses them to work out.
