I had the headphones in my cart and all the way up until the last minute, it showed that the order would arrive by 12/24. As soon as I cashed out, the arrival date changed to 12/30. Totally unsatisfied with the dishonesty.

This review is more or less for Best Buy themselves. Got these headphones in January, they stopped turning on in August. Tried to take them back since it has been less than one year and BestBuy told me sorry, they distribute so they can't help me. Now, if I paid for more warranty than what beats gives me, they could help. I am done shopping at Best Buy. They wonder why box stores are losing customers. Try service?

Bought this for my daughters Xmas present but had to return due to her complaining that it hurts her ears as u wear it for awhile. I saw some reviews of the uncomfortable ear phone but had to experience it myself ! But the looks of the earphone was cute I was disappointed I had to return it.

One star because I had to overseas customer service, no help !!!This order receives zero stars please do not order I repeat don’t I originally ordered on July 6. I have not received my order yet. All it says in the app is is pending a return will today’s date is August 2, 2025 on the sixth. This would be a month be by your return policies are very horrible. I feel like I’ve been robbed off. I should have had a refund by now!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the open box excellent. Everything was suppose to come included. The package was delivered late. When it finally arrived the box was dented. I was missing the carrying case, the paperwork and the two beats cables (type c and 3.5mm jack). All i got was the slate blue beats and a no named third party type c black cord. Best Buy couldnt make it right by replacing my headphones with what they had a new pair. Instead i waited for almost an hour and the best they would do is refund my purchase and i have to wait 3 more days to get my money back. This is how they treat loyal customers. Give me a good unboxed unit when i paid for the excellent unit then cant take a couple dollars loss and give me a new unit when they messed up.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a pair of headphones and received an EMPTY box - no product inside! I contacted their support immediately with photos and proof, and they still refused to issue a refund or send a replacement. This is not just bad service - this is fraud. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store. They take your money and give you nothing in return. Total scam.
