They're good, but they heat up very quickly.

However, the downside is that they get very hot. I haven't used them for two months, but after just one hour at the gym or playing online games for an hour, they become uncomfortable and get very hot.

Ear piece hurts

They are too tight and tighten my glasses, leaving me with a headache after using them for more than 30 minutes. I tried returning them but was denied by the store manager

Pre order and Store Pick Up Efficiency

I’m sure my niece will love it. But what I can say is the convenience and efficiency of that of the Best Buy purchase and pick up service. Love being able to pay and order in advance and even have to step foot in store, and pick up in secure locker. Love this service!
