Theyvare super sound proof, my kid sometimes has to tap my shoulder to get my attention. Lol. They really do help with my mental health too. SO HOPEFULLY THIS WILL TOO. Build quality is meh

Your ears will feel easily fatigued and will hurt after a while of using them. I would pick up over-ear headphones than these on-ears.

I have switched back to my wired headphones. I only use these when I fly because of the noise canceling aspect of them. I tolerate the ear pain.
