Covered by warranty but not a good experience. After a bit of research, this is a very common problem. I bought these for 1/2 off for black friday so i guess i got what i paid for (1/2 a set of headphones).

I bought these and the color was not as pictured. I took them back to exchange for a different color and Best Buy would not honor the price I paid. I even showed them the price I paid at another merchant because Best Buy is always stating they price match and they would not do it. It was an even exchange but they had gone off of sale at Best Buy the day before.

Wow, really disappointing! Although it was on sale and an open-box with a trade, made the price crazy low, you get what you pay for! These could not be worn very long without ears hurting (and I have small ears). Also, I was very disappointed in the quality of sound for regular priced $200 headphones. My AirPods 4 blew them away. On the plus side, seamless set up with IOS and FindMy!!!!! Sadly, had to give in and return them.

Been waiting for my order to be filled for a week now my first order was missed delivered and they have been giving me the runaround for a week now and every time I call to check on it they give me a new story and as today it have been a week and still waiting if you don’t have to order from Best Buy and can get it from Amazon and guarantee to get it please do so

They didn't last very long; the left earphone failed. I could have just had a defective pair, but regardless, given their cost, this isn't an excuse. I would not repurchase Beats.

The product was fine. It was a christmas gift for my daughter, whose house in Altadena burned down on 1/8/25, with the headphones inside. She lost everything, including the headphones. Although I bought 2 years Apple Care, neither Apple nor Best Buy would replace or help. And although Best Buy SAID it would refund the $30 for apple care, it did not, and i have not heard anything further. I will not be shopping at best buy again.

I’m sure these work just fine but thought they would be bigger then they are. Barely fit my kids head. Super small. Would recommend for a younger child or small headed female but not the average adult. Get the bigger ones!
