I’m sure these work just fine but thought they would be bigger then they are. Barely fit my kids head. Super small. Would recommend for a younger child or small headed female but not the average adult. Get the bigger ones!

The Beats Solo 4 are a big step up from older models. The sound is balanced and clear, with enough bass to keep music exciting without overwhelming vocals. I love the 50-hour battery life and the quick charge feature, which makes them super reliable. The foldable design is lightweight and stylish, and Spatial Audio adds a surprising level of immersion. They don’t have active noise cancellation or water resistance, which would have made them perfect, but for everyday use they’re comfortable, dependable, and a great mix of style and performance.

Not a fan of how they fit. They sit on top of my ears instead of completely over and around them. Would rather have earbuds or over the ear headphones since I need them for long sessions.

Worked fine the few times I used them at the gym. Now I can’t turn them off and they are stuck in pairing mode. They keep trying to pair with any device that is close to them. I had to take them to Apple to see if they can fix them. They are probably going to send me a new pair. Too much money to be spending on headphones that only last a few uses. SMH.

Horrible service from Best Buy customer’s service. Headphones never arrived, store used a roadie for delivery. Proof of Delivery from roadie was from his car across the street. Call Best Buy at least 4 times to file a complaint and was turned down every single time. Their resolution was to look for local law enforcement. Will never buy again from them. Really disappointed and upset with my purchasing experience.

The first part lasted 3 months before not holding a charge. The replacement pair after a month the power light stopped working. So you can't tell is it on or even charging. Not a very well made product.

They are not loud at all , I’ve had them for 3 1/2 months and the right side of my headphones do not work anymore , I do not know who to contact about this because they are still kind of new , I do want to return them as well . The sound is terrible , it’s so low that I can still hear my outside noise.

These headphones stopped working after 4 months of purchase. BestBuy will only service them if they were broken within 2 months. What a shame especially when you have a membership with them, a credit card with them and they can validate you bought them from BestBuy.

When I bought my 1st pair of earphones, immediately I tried them on before leaving the parking lot and sadly they were defective. The entire left earphone did not play any sound
I went to return this pair and the second pair had the same issue. I sat in the store for an hour asking to replace the earphones and they refused, telling me it wasn’t possible. Ultimately ended up leaving with no earphones, displeasing service, and a refund.

Received these headphone January 6th, it is now July 29th and they won’t charge, won’t turn on, just completely crapped out, out of no where for no reason. 155 dollars for 7 months of use? Never again. :(

First off this is my opinion. I dont have a big head but the headphones were very uncomfortable to wear after 15min. I returned the item and got the same product but earphone buds.

Second time buying beats from Best Buy, I bought these beast in July of 2024 and 4 months in they just stopped working completely. beats are way to expensive to have to go through this issue.
