I love beats headphone. However these are very heavy on my head. They give me a headache if I wear them for more then 2 hours.

theyre great except only one side plays audio but i love the color !!

They’re uncomfortable to wear for any longer than 30 min.

I purchased this 2nd pair for my son Christmas 2025 and the right has stopped working just like the first pair.

They didn't last very long; the left earphone failed. I could have just had a defective pair, but regardless, given their cost, this isn't an excuse. I would not repurchase Beats.

Great headphones, but I wouldn't call this pink. It looks like a off white with a hint of pink kind if color. I returned it an purchased a different color.

Bought this for my daughters Xmas present but had to return due to her complaining that it hurts her ears as u wear it for awhile. I saw some reviews of the uncomfortable ear phone but had to experience it myself ! But the looks of the earphone was cute I was disappointed I had to return it.

Bought this headphone in July it’s December and it stopped pairing with my daughter devices completely.

It wasn't the pink that i was expecting. I thought it would've been a darker pink.

I purchased the open box excellent. Everything was suppose to come included. The package was delivered late. When it finally arrived the box was dented. I was missing the carrying case, the paperwork and the two beats cables (type c and 3.5mm jack). All i got was the slate blue beats and a no named third party type c black cord. Best Buy couldnt make it right by replacing my headphones with what they had a new pair. Instead i waited for almost an hour and the best they would do is refund my purchase and i have to wait 3 more days to get my money back. This is how they treat loyal customers. Give me a good unboxed unit when i paid for the excellent unit then cant take a couple dollars loss and give me a new unit when they messed up.

I bought these and the color was not as pictured. I took them back to exchange for a different color and Best Buy would not honor the price I paid. I even showed them the price I paid at another merchant because Best Buy is always stating they price match and they would not do it. It was an even exchange but they had gone off of sale at Best Buy the day before.

Great color and great sound. Sleek design very easy to carry and lightweight on while and use.

Sounds good, but for people with long hair is unconfortable , my kid soesnt want to use anymore
