    Keep your Solo 3s if you’re trying to replace them

    A definite downgrade from Solo 3s which were the best in the Solo line. Sound is more tinny and garbled. Brought back after one day of use

    The beats would not connect with phone to talk but the music played well. Took them to Apple and it was a defect pair and they are replacing them

    The product was fine. It was a christmas gift for my daughter, whose house in Altadena burned down on 1/8/25, with the headphones inside. She lost everything, including the headphones. Although I bought 2 years Apple Care, neither Apple nor Best Buy would replace or help. And although Best Buy SAID it would refund the $30 for apple care, it did not, and i have not heard anything further. I will not be shopping at best buy again.

    The first part lasted 3 months before not holding a charge. The replacement pair after a month the power light stopped working. So you can't tell is it on or even charging. Not a very well made product.

    Unfortunately i bought open box in what they said was excellent condition… Left side did not have audio at all and best buy refused to accommodate.

    First off this is my opinion. I dont have a big head but the headphones were very uncomfortable to wear after 15min. I returned the item and got the same product but earphone buds.

    These headphones felt so cheap when I took them out of the box, that I did not even bother charging them to use. I immediately returned them.

    Received these headphone January 6th, it is now July 29th and they won’t charge, won’t turn on, just completely crapped out, out of no where for no reason. 155 dollars for 7 months of use? Never again. :(

    I regret these. They squish my glasses against my ears no matter how i adjust them and stretch them. The sound quality isn’t even a trade for it. Not particularly good.

    they are too small for my ears. And after 30 min of wearing them, my ears hurt from the pressure of it being tight.

    They are not loud at all , I’ve had them for 3 1/2 months and the right side of my headphones do not work anymore , I do not know who to contact about this because they are still kind of new , I do want to return them as well . The sound is terrible , it’s so low that I can still hear my outside noise.

    I’m sure these work just fine but thought they would be bigger then they are. Barely fit my kids head. Super small. Would recommend for a younger child or small headed female but not the average adult. Get the bigger ones!

    Crazy bc I didn’t even receive my headphones we reached four to Shipt and Best Buy no type of help what so ever. Only Reviewing bc they sent a email so buyer be aware don’t do same day from Shipt . I purchased AirPods from apple after this mess

    Horrible service from Best Buy customer’s service. Headphones never arrived, store used a roadie for delivery. Proof of Delivery from roadie was from his car across the street. Call Best Buy at least 4 times to file a complaint and was turned down every single time. Their resolution was to look for local law enforcement. Will never buy again from them. Really disappointed and upset with my purchasing experience.

    Beats are not made to last. They intentionally make it last for 13 months, right before the warranty expires. I’ve had 3 experience with beats and all were the exact same. Product made to stop pairing and forced to buy a new one.
