I wanted to like these but I just couldn't wear them. The sound was very good and the noise cancellation was excellent however, in order to achieve such noise cancellation from a pair of on the ear headphones, they have quite a bit of clamping pressure. When worn for a relatively short period of time (say 25 minutes) this wold have been fine but, as the day went on, my ears actually began to ache and hurt. Though the sound was pretty good, I didn't want to wear them. As I purchased these primarily for working form home, I was unable to use them as they hurt my ears so much. In fairness, I am a former wrestler and I have cauliflower ear in each ear. This makes my ears oddly shaped, rather hard, and inflexible. It may be that these work fine for people with normal ears, but I was unable to wear them.

5-star build and sound quality with 3-star reliability. Went through three pairs of these, each with different issues: one wouldn't take a charge, the next was completely DOA, and the last pair had issues with the active noise-canceling. I'm sure there are many users satisfied with their pair but YMMV!

It’s good integration with Apple products but when using it with my MacBook and my phones near, I get a phone call I’m able to use it on my phone but once I hang up, my MacBook I have to reconnect the audio in order to pick up from where I left off..there should be a smart switch where it recognizes that functionality.. kind of inconvenient.
