I had the corded ones, which are great, too, but LOVE rocking out to my jams without getting tangled in a cord. While they are not "noise-cancelling" headphones, I find they do a pretty good job of blocking out other sounds. I love using them on flights (in the before times when I traveled . . .). The sound quality is phenomenal for both music and movies.
