Box was not open until March 22, less than a week one right-side does not work. I called Best buy to get assistance . they said it only has 15 days for warranty.What?...... never again buying from Best Buy

And, I expanded the band to fit over my knit cap and now they won’t retract. Waste of $150. And, they re not returnable any longer. Best Buy’s return policy should be longer. I’m so disappointed I could cry.

This was my review for both: These headphones are the best I've had for over-ear. The fit, how it feels on your head, and the sound. Wow. The bass is amazing. Had them for a month, and the wireless feature works perfectly whether using for Xbox or streaming from soundbar or laptop. No drop out! Good battery life as well. Just a great product all around. Best Buy even delivered a day early!
