We got open box and they were in absolutely perfect condition. She doesn’t take them off! And they look so sophisticated. Very good quality.

Very low sound with Cell Phone

I like to have control the volume, and when we turned it all the way up it just didn't get loud enough to get into it. I know the sound on some may be different.
