Uncomfortable

It made my ear lobe hurt after few minutes of using. It felt so tight on ear and blocked the blood circulation around my ear which made me felt dizzy. This would be uncomfortable for people who have big head like me. Hope this can help everyone to consider before buy this headphone.

Not sure what's the issue

I am never able to connect it with my macbook as well. Was too busy to report the issue never got a chance to call anyone at customer service for this. And haven't used it lately:-(
