Volume was not that loud and while comfy, I could hear my footsteps as I ran on the treadmill. Not worth the price when I get better results from a cheaper brand

Good for younger kids. They do not cover over your ear.

The head phones aren’t a good fit for your ears. They don’t have good sound quality at all. They rip your hair out if your hair is around them. They don’t stay on your head if you sweat. They also don’t stay connected very well. Over all crappy headphones

The right ear quit working 30 days after the warranty expired. At $141 it was more than a dollar a day to be disappointed by this crap product.

Sound quality is not as good. Comfort while wearing is decent. One of the speakers stopped working after use in less than a year. Also if you use this for the gym they tent to retain the sweat and makes them stink

Was informed by the gift recipient that the box was empty. The return period is over. I wish the gift would have been opened sooner. Now I am out over $100.00. How can Best Buy sell me an empty box?

It was great for the first year, now it doesn't stay charge very poor less than half hour and it goes off even if you charger for long-time or for a short time, and at the beginnings were so great and I have and Android phone.

I bought this item on March 8. Box was not open until March 22, less than a week one right-side does not work. I called Best buy to get assistance . they said it only has 15 days for warranty.What?...... never again buying from Best Buy

This headphones looks like a perfect thing but when you use them for only two months one side stop to work, I bought this item twice, in Amazon and here but the results were the same, it is a frustrating when you think you bought the best and result to be the worse, I really don’t recommend this item, be careful.

Horrible. They constantly lose the Bluetooth connection. And, I expanded the band to fit over my knit cap and now they won’t retract. Waste of $150. And, they re not returnable any longer. Best Buy’s return policy should be longer. I’m so disappointed I could cry.
