They do not sit well in the ear and the quality of the sound is terrible at high volumes it is static. I even exchanged them thinking something was wrong with them but it did not solve the problem

The worst $140 I have ever spent. I have a hard time keeping these in my ear. I have tried all the sizes of the ear tips and none of them are comfortable or work to keep the earbud in my ear. The sound quality is ok. They will be in my junk drawer with the rest of my junk. I wish I had purchased another pair of Powerbeats Pro. Spend the extra money and save yourself the frustration.

Extremely uncomfortable for the price. Sound quality us mid at best. Zero features other than transparency and noise cancelation. Mic was highly rated but I'd have to disagree. Guess ill stick to jabra price vs price jabra beats it in every category.

This product in my opinion is not worth the money. I also got the Apple care don’t buy they break still cost you 50 bucks to fix.
