Since day one these seem to disconnect from calls and for whatever reason I hear static more times than not! Returning and sticking with my Soundcore Linerty 4 Buds. Almost 2 years now and no problems

Sorry ahead of time to Beats lovers, but the quality here is just terrible. First, the size of the bud makes them way too uncomfortable to wear for longer than 15 minutes at a time. Next, regardless of the app (or even device for that matter) the sound is reminiscent of listening to a seashell, which is cute for mermaids but not technological sound quality. Last, when toggling between the three sound settings (ambient, NC and off) there is literally no difference except that each one is worse than the last. When turning up the volume to try to hear the fullness of the acoustics of any song, the only thing you get is sharper vocals. The 2000’s nostalgia of transparent technology is not worth the price point, nor the headache of trying to bother finding where these earbuds shine.

The only issue I have is the noise cancellation can be better.

Purchased for use while at work. Shocked ear while wearing them. Started shorted out. Returned to store 15 days after purchase for instore credit because it was one day after return period of 14 days.

Tested the ANC by putting head next to stove fan, tapping fingers and running sink water. When in ears, with volume up there is no difference. Not worth the $$ Even when volume is down, barely a difference, also the ear tips are also funky to find correct size. Will be returning.

Have not been a year yet and already the microphone barely works and it makes a weird sound when they are in the case, would not recommend and save your money and get the Apple AirPods

Good for listening to music or watching something but when it comes to talking no one can hear you keep going back to my other beats

These ear buds are horrible!!!! I’m very disappointed in them. The mic stopped working after just four months. I tried to get them fixed and they said there was physical damage to the mesh in the bud. We never touched the mesh! They were only four months old!!!! Nothing should be wrong with them for as much as we paid for them. So to get them fixed we have to pay for that?! Ridiculous! I feel they made up an excuse that the mesh was damaged. So annoyed!

Sound quality amazing BUT after owning for 24 hours unable to charge the case. The battery percentage has not moved from 52 percent.

Good fit but the sound is atrocious. I have a pair of JLab’s that absolutely blow these overprice steaming piles of dung out of the water. Do not waste your $$$. Beats should be embarrassed!!

This Bluetooth is handy. It fits well in the ears. However the battery life is not what it claims to be. I don’t really like them they die fast

Dont really work well with samsung, also they fall out of the air when using them for a period of time

Does not stay in ear , this has been the worse buy ever , the Fit pro is way better even tho it hurts my ear after a while , this one is the worse beats ever made , do not waste your money…

Headphones don’t stay connected to phone Bluetooth , and is glitchy. Doesn’t sound cancel what so ever. The charging pod does within 4 hours headphones last about 8.

Do not buy these. They stop working a month and a 1/2 after I bought them and I did not get Geek Squad protection. And I did not expect anything like that to happen from Best Buy. So now I have a 179$ dollar pair of earbuds that dont work. Best buy may lose me as a customer.

I really liked the aesthetics of these, but their beats has more work to do in the noise cancellation department. Also they fit a but weird, and the way they fit in the case makes it a little difficult to take out

Save yourself some time and wait until the apples AirPods Pro are on sale. These are horrible, I just read, and I have experiencing cut outs constantly calls or dropped constantly and the worst part it is is it when you’re pulling them out of your ear you accidentally press the button, and unless they go back into the case they will still be considered on. They do not have an ear detection, which I truly like second they’re very hard to get out of the case I have arthritis in my hands and fingers don’t move very good, but the grip them to get out of the case is very hard.
