    i love the way they fixed certain technical issues with this product. the leather around the earbuds is strong. they replaced the leather with a rubber piece that onto of your hair which is very easy to clean. great product

    However, I suggest the extended warranty. Unfortunately, you'll more likely than not need it.

    The only downside to these is at high volumes they leak noise, so everyone on the train can hear what your listening to. These will not work if they are not charged, which some complain about but neither does your cell phone. So keep them charged!
