Poor sound/Great Best Buy customer service

She complained of a ""sizzling" sound in each ear. We exchanged them with no problem at our local Best Buy store. I don't think the sound they produce is much better than a good set of earbuds, but my daughter loves the new pair.

Good headphones but why do you have to charge them
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We ended up taking these back as it was annoying to have to charge these all the time & they would lose their charge quickly in the middle of using them. Not sure why you have to charge a wired headphone. We stepped down to the next level down to avoid the hassle of charging. We have enough devices to keep charged as it is!

Great sound with some side effects

Only problem I had was they are not so comfortable, lots of pressure on your skull amd and they are heavy compared to Bose. Active noice cancelling makes hiss sound.

Good bass, one flaw

The reason I don't like that is because if you forget to take it out, you will drain your battery without knowing it.
