The product arrived with a major defect.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In plugging in the new Beats headphones to charge them, I later unplugged them (the next day) and the charge immediately dissipated. I again plugged them in and later tried them - they did not charge at all. I tried it several times and the headphones never charged. I called Apple, returned the product to them, and they eventually sent working headphones.
