Just bought a pair of the new limited edition Studios and they sound excellent. I love the way they look-very stylish I must say. The 40 mm drivers inside the headphones make me feel like I am standing right next to the artist as they are producing the song. They are lightweight and easy to carry around too, in the nice Touring Case with the two pairs of sound cables. The only thing I would have to give this a thumbs-down on would the the fact that there is a significant sound leakage from the headphones when it is in use, and the fact that one's ears do begin to get quite hot after wearing them. Otherwise, a perfect gift or treat to anyone that enjoys and appreciates music. I typically use my Beats every day or about 4 times per week.

After first month, Battery wont charge, had to change.

Friend wanted this as a gift so I got it for her and she's happy with it. Use it all the time.

Bluetooth won't work tho. Tried repeatedly, but the sound is still great.

The sound is average, for the money i was expecting more im very disappointed

I'm going to start with the good; these headphones are a big upgrade from the original studios and they are very comfortable and stylish. I like that fact that these now have a built in rechargeable battery and these also don't leak sound as bad as the originals. I originally had the Mixrs which had excellent sound quality but my only problem with them is that they were a little uncomfortable. I couldn't wear them for more than 45 minutes without my ears getting sore, so when I heard that the new studios were being released, I sold my Mixrs and applied the money towards them. I purchased these from Best Buy yesterday and even though they sound good, I was disappointed in the amount of bass that these lack. The Mixrs had deeper bass and had a better OVERALL sound. These new studios don't sound horrible but they definitely don't sound like $300 headphones. I returned these today and the lady told me that I was her 3rd return of the day on these headphones. Overall if you want comfort and style, these are excellent headphones but if you want sound quality and bass, I would definitely go with the Mixrs or Pros.

It is an average camera. Pictures could be clearer, and film is too expensive.

Worst head phones don't charge the first pair I had speakers was blown

Before I purchased these headphones, I had the Solos but I accidently broke them. Some of my buddies had the old studios and I liked the sound of them so I decided I would get a pair. I bought a pair of the new red studios and I was blown away! These things sound great! The noise canceling, loudness and clarity of the base, fit and comfort, style, and overall sound are much better than even the old ones. I listen to everything from Country to Rap and they all sound great in these! It is also very nice and convenient that these are rechargable, the battery life is great I can use them for around 20 hours or so without having to recharge them! Obviously these are quite pricy, but if you can fit them into your budget and throughly enjoy music I definetly suggest purchasing these great headphones! I also decided to get the insurance policy from bestbuy I would defiently suggest it. It only costs an extra 40 dollars and covers anything besides theft. I hope this helped you guys!

Good headphone for the price. Will not work without power.

I got these as a gift for Xmas, in the navy blue color. They look awesome, couldn't be happier! Only problem is the sound leakage. Even at medium volume someone next to you can hear almost every lyric. I have read that it is the ear pads that have tiny holes in them to prevent your ears from sweating. So I am hoping maybe someday there will be a replacement ear pad or something. Oh well, the sound is still great as I expected. I am not an audiophile and do not DJ or run a studio. I'm a casual listener of my ipod and laptop to enjoy my music and movies. I did research after using these, and keep hearing that you can get better headphones for less. So I ordered some Audio-Technica MTH50 model headphones. I played song after song comparing the two sets and Beats were more powerful and still had decent clarity to hear all the various parts to a song. The Audio Technicas sounded good, but they were bulky and the cord is like 10' long. I am sure they would be cool for real DJs, but they didn't suit the type or portability I wanted. I returned them, and kept the Beats Studio. I haven't had any issues with battery life, installed first set of batteries on Christmas day. I have even left them on over night to "burn-in" once. They are very comfortable to me and don't hurt my head or ears at all after few hours of listening. I really like how they fold up, but I am very careful because I'm afraid to snap them. I have seen some videos on youtube of people doing breaking tests on these, and they surprisingly could take A LOT of stretching and twisting on the headband. But I still baby them, as I do most of my electronics. Overall they probably aren't the best value at that price range and likely are overpriced with the maker being Monster....but I still love the look, quality, portability, and sound for what I will be using them for.

Not what I had expected. I returned it for a Bose pair.

This is the second pair of dre beats headphones that I have purchased and broken within 5 months. These were a Christmas gift for my nephew is Vicksburg, Mississippi. I would like for him to receive another pair. He is really heart broken as I'm totally disappointed.

Headphones are good for people to listen to music with

Well you pay for the name. Honestly I found that these were no better than my Wickeds. I have a pair of JVC XX base ear buds that are also just as good as these BEATS. I listen to dubstep and even the really low wubs were the same as the two brands I mentioned above.

They work alright for the price point and sound ok

Well in the beginning of choosing my very first pair of beats I went with the executives they were great but they kept malfunctioning so I returned them I heard about the new revised studios (note: I never like the original studios) and so I decided to check them out I purchased the pair and the exact words I'm about to say is no way form of Exaggeration the headphones are phenomenal the perfect balance of sound, bass everything no more batteries it has a built in recharge I was breath taking by the headphones best pair of beats I have owned n wouldn't exchange them for nothing I promise it's very much worth it the build quality very strong n extremely comfortable earmuffs just phenomenal I'm quite astonished

looks great but not as good as the Bose headphones

I wish I didn't have to charge it so much for use.
