I told my son that these were simply bass driven, overpriced pieces of junk. He loves them because most of his schoolmates have them. He asked for them again this year and so I gave them a second chance. Wow did they change my mind. The new beats studuo 2.0 have been improved in so many ways. Black Friday sale $199. Ok, now I think they are worth $200 so I bought them. Happy Holidays everyone:)

Very good sound quality. I've had them for a week now. The only problem with them was, the ears hurt if you keep them on continuously for over 3 hours. They look good and sound good. Good buy if you get them for a good deal ($199).

I recently purchased the Beats headphone. The sound quality is great! I love the noise reduction feature. You won't really hear outside noises or distractions. I got this on sale which was a plus! I can use this on my Android phone to answer phone calls also.

These headphones are the best nothing more to say. Very nice sound the bass omg the rechargable battery lasts like forever

These headphones are great for music and movies. Really nice bass, but still not overpowering. As far as the noise cancelling feature, they fall short. If you're looking for a good noise cancelling headset, you probably should try out a set of Bose. I picked up the Beats on sale ($100 off) so at $199, I'll be keeping them for the nice sound alone. But I would not recommend them as noise cancelling headphones at the normal $299 price point. I'm splitting the difference in rating. 5 stars for sound 1 star for noise cancellation.

Purchased (2) of these for Christmas presents. Had to return one due to the difficulty getting the panel for the battery compartment closed. Like the bass element of these headphones as well as the sound clarity. Now, is the price worth the difference in the sound - that's up to individual preference. Guess all the extras (Hard shell case, extra cables, and plane attachment) + the headset itself might be worth the cost.

I bought these Beats for my son because he had good grades for the semester. He uses them. I have listened to them. They do sound really good. Really like the mute feature on the side of the headphones. Press it when someone is talking to you. It pauses the song while talk to someone. I also like the different plug in attachments for the headphones. One cord is the standard type of cord. There is another one that can be plugged in that allows you to talk on the phone when someone calls while you are listening to music. Again, this is far my son. So I don't listen to them. I am a Bose fan. Although, I feel if you get these headphones. You will not be let down. The only downfall I see with these is that they fit around the ear. This will not be for everyone. Around the ear headphones makes my body temperature get warmer or head area.

I bought these because they had good reputation and looked cool. they had great highs and lows, but mids still needs work. They do not fit around my ear well, so I returned them.

These are very comfortable and the sound is great. You give up something since the headphones are not wireless, but overall a good value.

Absolutely love the earphones. The sound quality is phenomenal & caliber of beats you can eat thump in the earphones is remarkable.

I have had these headphones for about 7 months (since Christmas) and they worked very good for about the first 5 months, then, I was riding my bike and all of a sudden, I couldn't hear the artist singing anymore, all it was was the background music, so I knew the batteries weren't dead. It appears the wires are messed up and it would take a long time to get fixed, so I got the neon orange mixr beats. WAY BETTER! Get those instead, they have better sound, are more durable, cooler looking, and $50 cheaper!!!

Because i started travelling for work, I wanted a noise-cancelling headphone! I bought this. Such a desappointment. This does a terrible job.. Do not recommend for airplane trips if you are looking for silence. . Returned this and bought a bose qc25! What a difference. The noise-cancelling is fantastic. The sound quality is pretty good, but nothing that a sennheiser $100 headphones does not offer. The beats can be louder and looks cooler, but it is not any better.

I looked @ the studio headphones for awhile. It wasn't until the end of last year did I consider buying a pair. It was the limited edition colors (automotive blue what I consider them) that did it for me. Say what you will about sound per dollar. I'm sure there are better sound products and really it's for the name. But I'm liking my purchase. I treat it with the upmost care because their not cheap. Sound is good with nice bass; with active noise cancellation (AAA battery powered. Do some research and look what works for you and budget. I waited a long time before I did and I'm not disappointed. Hope this helps.

I checked online almost every day to see if these headphones went on sale. One day, the price had dropped almost $100 on bestbuy.com so I rushed to the store to get a price match done. The cost of these over ear headphones were basically the same as the on ear solo headphones! These headphones are great for the price. It comes in a carrying case so you don't have to stuff it into your backpack or purse when you take it on the go. I use it a lot when I need peace and quiet to do work since the noise canceling feature works on its own. It's definitely something I will take on trips to tune out the noise. So satisfied with this purchase!

The sound is amazing. At first I thought the price was rather high but after the first use I know they are worth every penny. The sound leakage isn't bad at all like some reviews I have read,you just have to try for yourself. The bass is deep and the sound is crisp and clear. I am very happy with my purchase.

alright i got these yesterday and before i put them on i realized alot of pros like style durabilty ect. but when you turn on the music sound leaks like crazy even on 1 out of 16 on my iphone 4s. on about 3 or 4 out of 16 you cant hear anything around you. also with the iphone and ipod you can activate EQ which enables you to be able to use bass bost, vocal bost and about 15 other things.. all in all these are about 4.5 but would be a total 5 if they didnt leak as much as they did.

Much improved noise cancellation, better sound quality, clear crisp sound, Great comfortable design . Next move Bose.

I bought these as a gift and the recipient seems to love them! They had the color I wanted in stock and on sale. I tried them on and loved how well the noise cancelling worked.

Great noise cancelling and good built in microphone. Best for gaming I have found so far. I would recommend these over even some of the high end gaming headsets.
