Great item, initially they looked Turquoise on the box, but they're Navy, bought them for my boyfriend, and he loves them! Takes them everywhere, with the handy little carrying case.

battery is very weak after 1yr of use. cheap prod.

I expected more life from these headphones, the charging port failed after owning them for 7 months. When we called Beats, they said warranty was actually 90 days, and did nothing for me. Not happy, don't buy them, they are just a hot marketing gimmick

I use to have the basic ones, but then I purchased things because I needed some new ones. I wear them to the gym, walking, running or even when I'm laying down. I love that it blocks out other noises. Super glad I got them!!!

This is probably the best product I've ever spent my money on. Great stuff

purchase headphones for my son in July 2014. since then they have come apart . If you do purchase this product I highly recommend to you add the replacement plan . If not in the long term you will have wasted your money.

When I first listened to them at Best Buy I fell in love. I can't wait for my next vacation to wear them on the plane. When you put them on it's like being in another dimension. The world around you just seems to fade away

The headphones are great! The only problem is that they need to be charged in order to work. A minor inconvenience if you(or your wife) did not charge them after last use

Overall the product is great, but I do not like how the ear doesn't fit perfectly over. it just barely makes it, can't imagine the solo, which is even smaller. But a little pricey

I've only used my headsets a handful of times in the past few months, and already my charging wire box thing somehow burned out(I only found out because it wouldnt charge unless I use another output box) and it's been not working here and there even after I charge it for a couple hours. It appears to be always "not charged" unless I do a reset, which really gets annoying. I keep good care of all my products, and I don't over charge, so I know that is not the issue.

I bought these headphones yesterday and tried them out today. Turns out they are VERY heavy, uncomfortable, and the "noise cancellation* is basically just crackling noises ON TOP OF whatever you are listening to. Thus, the sound quality is awful. Also, it is a lot of hassle to have to charge them! If you are looking for better headphones that are comfy, light, and cheaper with better sound quality, I purchased Bose and they are AMAZING! I hope this helps!

3rd time is the charm. Purchased these headphones back in September for a long flight I had to take. Worked great, the noise cancelling feature was excellent on a loud airplane. Started using them at the gym and within a few weeks they would not turn on. went back to BB, they were giving me a hard time about exchanging them because it was passed the 14 day return policy. Luckily I am a BB Elite member so I was able to take advantage of the extended return policy. This time I purchased the geek squad protection plan. Had the 2nd pair for less then a month before that decided not to work anymore. I am giving them 1 more try before I fully return them and get something else. Its unbelievable you spend $375 (with tax plus protection plan) and they dont even last 1 month. I hope it is not because I use them in the gym and sweat gets in them. If that is the case then should should not have athletes endorsing their products as you would expect an athlete to sweat. Hopefully they last this time.

Purchased them on feb.16th ..and just a week after i tried to charge them..and nothing happened dude..won't charge..i can't hear my music..they're basically just sitting there collecting dust and i blew my money away just like that..and im praying my girl doesn't get a bad pair considering i just mailed some to her..be careful buying these headphones..i should've just spent 50$ on another pair.

my son loves the beats he takes them when he goes on sports trips for school and us enjoying ever minute having them

I will be headed back to best buy to return my 2nd pair of beats in a week. The 1st pair had a loud thumping in the left earphone on the first day of use. Now the 2nd pair I will be returning came packaged with two charging cables and one voice cable no audio cable. Not to mention the voice cable it came with has a loud static during calls. I will be getting my money back this time.
