I had to return my first set because of a sound that was like wind blowing in the right ear. After researching it, I was that this happened somewhat frequently, especially in the noise-cancelling mode. The return was accepted with no issues and I have had no problem with the new set.

Great to exercise, the only con is that if you receive a call the other person won’t listen to you well. As far as sound way better than my bose.

Are you kidding me? This is the best headphones I ever owned in my whole life. Better than my Sony xm1000 x2 x3 Bose quiet comforts and Sennheiser.

I recently purchased these headphones, and while the sound quality is excellent and the noise-canceling features work wonderfully, I’ve encountered a significant issue: my hair gets stuck in them every time I use them. This problem detracts from the overall experience, making it uncomfortable and frustrating to use them for extended periods. I didn’t try them before buying, but I got a great deal on them during the holidays. If you have longer hair or are sensitive to such inconveniences, you might want to consider other options.

Solid headphones worth the price if you get them on sale. Good sound, good noise cancellation easy integration with your iPhone, but nothing revolutionary or special that makes them a must buy compared to other headphones in this price range.

Sound has better clarity than previous model but also retains enough bass. The ANC is demonstrably better in these cans but not on the level of the Bose QC35 II.

I wear them everyday & nothing Beats the sound quality I Love them.

I like these headphones a lot. They sound good and work amazing but when you pair them to your computer wirelessly, there is audio delay and it’s annoying.
