Never Again

I will only buy directly in-store purchase from Best Buy. I have a membership with Best Buy and the online distributor doesn't honor Best Buy policies. I purchased these headphones for 239.99 and the following week Best Buy advertised for 169.00. I couldn't get a price adjustment. Never again. No issues with product.

These don’t slide off my head if I bend down, they aren’t as heavy and it has incredible music quality. I love the brown color as well. My only problem is I forgot to press the button to shut it off, it’s not just closing them that does it. Even with leaving them on, the battery lasts a very very long time.

Underwhelming quality and performance

I had high hopes based on the reviews, and the price point was just right, but about 3 months in, I started having some buyers remorse. The quality and performance has proved to be underwhelming. I use these primarily for workouts and here are the major cons: 1) Can’t do any lifts involving bending down because these slide right off my head 2) Started to experience a random, startling crackling/popping noise after only a few workouts with these… almost as if the speaker is going out 3) The longer I have, the quieter it seems the volume is getting. Still pretty noise transparent but seems like the feature is fading slowly
