I would not recommend this product to anyone you’re paying for the name not the quality (which is very poor). I purchased this on sale for $200 from Best Buy original price was around $400. I used it for a little bit over 2 weeks and noticed that my head band was starting to come apart. I wasn’t worried because this is clearly a defect; I had a receipt and I just purchased it so I should be covered under manufacture warranty right? WRONG! I went to Best Buy where I purchased it. They refused to repair, replace or issue me a refund because 3 months had pass since the time of purchase and since I did not purchase their extended warranty which was only good for up to 3 months I was not covered and would not have been covered even if I did. Instead I was redirected to go directly to Apple. Now I scheduled a repair with an Apple shipped my device off only to receive it back in the same condition. I called the Apple Support center to see what was the reason I the representative was no help could not even the me what was the findings and why wasn’t my headphones repaired. I was told that it showed signs of physical damages and modifications that I would have to pay $200 for the repair if I wish to ship it back and proceed with the repairs. Other than it coming apart on it’s own due to poor quality, design, and manufacturing what signs of physical damages or modifications did you find? She refused to and answer any of my questions because she unable and proceed to end the with trying to resolve my issue. This has been a horrible experience and a major headache. I wasted $200 dollars of my hard earned money buying this cheaply made overly priced device with a poor staff who undervalues their customers. I don’t recommend this or any other apple device to anyone. Just buy some $50 dollar headphones and you’ll be good to go. Save your money!

I love them buttt if you’re looking for something loud this isn’t it nose cancelling barely works fr i still can hear alot but at the same time I also can’t hear it’s like 50/50. My volume has to be all the way up for it to be loud frl and that still ain’t enough. But the battery is perfect last me days

I bought it in black. People was saying it has no bass but I like how the headphones sound. It sounds rich. If you are debating to buy some headphones. I’ll recommend it, I think I spent my money on the right thing that matches me.

That’s fabulous headphone for ever, special the beats when I go to gym I really enjoy with it to listening music and continue practicing.

I love these, they where perfect for travel and work, once you turn them on and watch a movie the airplane noise reduces significantly, and the build in microphone is perfect for for work and hand free while at the gym.

Awesome headphones. They have a high quality feel to them an the sound is top notch. Only four stars because they don't have the updated bluetooth that you can connect to more than one device at a time.
