With everything else, there is no difference to make you want to pay the $400. I purchased mine during the Black Friday sale. I was hoping Apple would include the “Adaptive” feature they have for their Air Pod Pros (2nd generation), but they didn’t. I would only recommend if you have the money to spend.

These are my second headphones now to my previous pair of Solo 3's, which I still have and work great after 4 years. Can't beat the price neither...no pun intended.
