    Went in to the store was greeted very nicely. The associate brought me to the headphones and told me all about them, plus since a regular customer, the warranty was free.(built-in savings for me.)

    These are awesome! I recommend getting the apple care. My son ended up breaking the headband part after having them only a few months. Because we had apple care, I was able to get them replaced (brand new) with no additional cost to me.

    Amazing product at a great price! Noise canceling works great and transparency is amazing. Plenty loud enough and seem very sturdy, only takes 10 minutes to charge with the new usb c charger and has a great carrying case.Definitely a top tier headset i highly recomend these to anyone that is in the market

    Beats Studio Pro are great. I had to return my first pair with some sound quality issues and the return process was super easy. the battery on Studio Pro lasts forever and the audio quality for the speakers and mic are fantastic for the price range. I keep a silicon desiccant packet in the carry case just to minimize moisture.
