Sound and noise canceling are good. No instruction booklet included, just a scan instructions. Some features are difficult to figure out

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Best Buy Allowed Third-Party Vendor to Scam Me
I am beyond furious with the service I received from Best Buy. I purchased a pair of headphones from bestbuy.com, assuming I was buying directly from Best Buy. Only upon arrival did I realize the item was sold by a third-party vendor hidden in the fine print.
The issues started immediately:
• Wrong Product: The box was correct, but the headphones inside were a different model and the wrong color.
• Zero Customer Support: When I contacted Best Buy, they washed their hands of the situation, telling me I had to deal with the vendor directly.
• Vendor Accusations: The third-party vendor actually accused me of switching the headphones out and refused to issue a refund, leaving me with a $265 bill for an item I didn't order.
When I spoke to a Best Buy manager, I was told their third-party system is "like Amazon." I informed them that unlike Best Buy, Amazon actually protects its customers from scammers. The manager had no explanation, no solution, and simply passed me off to an 800 number that was equally useless. The phone support told me to go back to the store, creating a never-ending loop of zero accountability.
Best Buy is facilitating fraudulent third-party sellers and refusing to stand behind their customers. Do not buy anything on their website unless it specifically says "Sold by Best Buy." Moving forward, I will shop other options before I purchase from Best Buy.
