Best Buy shows my item as delivered to "dock". I am a residence with no dock. I am getting ZERO response to my request for help!! Clerk in Manchester told me I would receive this the next day-- it has bedn over 2 weeks!

I gave these to my husband as a xmas gift and he loves them. He says that they r so sound proof and great quality. Very comfortable on his head and ears and the quality of sound is amazing. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased these for a event that I DJ’d because I left my set at home and these felt like paper and cheaply made. I get it if it’s for all day wear but besides the weight being to light I had feedback during the event.

They are not comfortable, They disconnect all the time, The sound isn't bad but the Sony's and Bose sound way better. I purchased them because they were on special for 189.00 but I'm so disappointed that I'll return them. Just not throw away your money.

The quality of the sound is terrible. I owned a pair from when they first came out and it’s better. This newer edition is supposed to sound way better than previous versions .

I purchased the Studio3 headphones from Best Buy because of an offered discount. I didn't realize the discount was because they were defective. The volume button doesn't function.

I ordered these brand new and got an open box and the headphones are scratched who does that sends used headphones instead of new ones to me ? It’s paid off but still that’s wrong I should receive new ones for free !

These headphones are Everything!! The noise cancellation is impeccable and they are very comfortable. I bought these for my daughter, but I’m thinking I want to trade my solo beats for these studio beats!!

Don't use for working out. Buy JBL. They have so many manufacturing problems and are impossible to have a warrenty cover it. Best Buy doesn't warranty apple products.

I bought them less than 2 yrs ago. Hardly use them in that time and now they are breaking apart. I treat them with a lot of care as they were 300+ dollars. Do not buy this!

I recieved a code for Apple music for three months free and i have not been able to retireve it, the link keeps saying the code is invalid. Have been trying to reach someone for help but no one is giving my any information, please help.

Terrible. Turns off by itself all the time. I didn't use them until after the return date was up. Find an old pair of studios. I'm going to replace parts on my old pair. Waste of money

tapping noise when using? audio ok just weird tap!

Had to replace two head phones that would not work on the cord unless the head phones where charged. They should be able to work on the cord when the battery needs to be charge. Ended up buying a different brand and no problem with them. Not worth the cost of them.

I’m afraid I didn’t like these. The beats I bought 2yrs sounded a lot better to me. For me, the bass just wasn’t there and the mids were just irritating. Might be a choice for others, but not me

Bought this Beats Studio 3 headphones for my daughter as an early Christmas present. She loved them and has been using them since then.

Great, got 5 years out of them, they sound great and last 2 days of meetings.

Received this product broken, seems like the ear part is guaranteed to break because it is made so poorly with horrible quality plastic. Do not buy.

Worked great for about 2 weeks, now it skips and it is very annoying. My gym bag is like under my work bench and the music skips. The unit shows fully charge. Claims to work great 2 to 3 rooms away not when you are with in an arm reach of your iPhone.

I finally tried them out at the gym yesterday. The sound and comfort are incredible. I highly recommend them. They were recommended by a family member to me. They are awesome!!
