While these are far better in quality to all other Beats, they are still garbage as far as sound quality. Older Beats were at least good for listening to Hip Hop, as there are no dynamics in Hip Hop. As for other genres of music, these are a step forward. However, considering you can buy a pair of Shures or any other great studio headphones for $50 and get great sound quality without coloring the sound. At this point, these remain as overhyped garbage as is all Beats.

Excellent product. Noise cancelling can sometimes sound a bit odd but it comes and goes.

To many pairing issues that occur. Good sound but not worth the but if you cant get them to work. Tried everything online and gave up for the night. Reset it multiple times but no luck. Next day they worked after they sat for 18 hours. Then later same issue.

They're awesome. I bought them for my Mother for Christmas.

I use these to watch tv. The sound is muffled and hard to understand voices. I had used for only a week but when I tried to return it said it was past the return date. Now I’m stuck with$100 headset I can’t use. One reason Amazon is eating retailers lunch.

They work great just overtime they start peeling off the leather

These headphones are good. However, if you have long hair I would not recommend. I have to strategically place them on my head every time I wear them, and even then my hair manages to get caught and ripped out when I take them off.

I had to get this product exchanged multiple times because the ones I got were always deformed. I ended up keeping the last one I got because it was too much a hassle to go back another time to return the item.

Ive had 3 pairs(me 2 & wife had/has a pair) ~ALL 3 suffered the same fate. The female charging port where you plug it in to charge it HAS A KNOWN FAULT.. A it won't fixed. And the Dudes in the mall walkways can't/wont repair it because it's a whole part.. **I got 1st pair and this happened after 3 weeks of maybe 10 uses of about 20 mins per us..Then they wouldn't accept a charge no longer and I did everything from resetting it to whatevs=notta.. **Then a neighbor who works @ Target(a young dude) told me he'd swap em out w/out a receipt etc and I did. And now I ave a brand new pair.. I was sooo delicate and even moved slow around em. I used SLO MO when plugging in the charging cable and I couldn't believe it!!! After 5th use they did the same thing previous pair did. just a solid red light despite it being fully charged.. Beats told me they will look into it but I know better... *All I can do now is try to help my fellow man.. *This was my story and if mine broke then yours for sure will. Because I treated my 2nd pair with extra TLC that went beyond... Buyer Beware...

There a way cheaper headphones with better sound quality. I bought it on sale $200 off and still returned it. I expected a better sound for that price. The headset is also too bulky . its a weight to carry.

I've had my Beats for about 7 months now. I've always taken very good care of my headphones, they are almost $300.00. After 5 months of usage, my headphones started to not charge unless I put the headphones in some tweaked position for the USB cable to be more taunt than just laying down. After a few months of this, they would no longer charge. How does Beat have such poor quality control? I always used the charger cable provided, and always took great care. It's a shame you're buying just a name and not higher quality. Looking at warranty repair, I'm afraid to send my headphones in! Apple's warranty seems to be, they may fix it for free or can charge me up to $199 + $7 shipping. That would be $500 I spent on a pair of headphones! No Thank You!
