Second time using them and the sound was staticky. Disappointed, I had higher expectations. Used the Apple Card and they sent them to the manufacturer. ETA 7 days.

I’ve had many Beats products and this is by far the best.

Well the item is as good as any over the ear 100 pair of head phones they aren’t worth the discounted price I paid of 170 i have and use cheaper headphones that work 20 times as good

Sound is great. Problem is the charging port broke and it's expensive to fix! Not happy because of the price I've paid for these. They should be under a 1 year warranty or replaced for free.

I have had multiple pairs of these headphones and all of them had broken. It has always been on the left ear side, where the headphones fold. On the inner part, the plastic always breaks and I do not know why. At first, it was after 2 years of use, which to me is understandable. I bought a white pair of these headphones, then a matte black, then the latest and last pair I bought was the Shadow grey. These all barely lasted me around 5-8 months each.

I recently bought a pair of Grey Dr. Dre beats studio 3 wireless and within a couple of weeks on the side of the headphones a piece fell out and then I noticed on the side where the piece fell out the whole piece just kept popping off, so i brought the product back to best buy and then they sent me to apple because I have apple care and now i have to pay for the headphones to be sent out even though i just bought them, I feel that there is no reason to pay for apple care if i have to dish out more money just to get them fixed. Even though i had just put the warranty on them when i bought them.

We have purchased 3 beats headphones and within a year the Bluetooth stopped working and the leather cover on the headphones started peeling off. After spending over $250 on each headphones, I had higher expectations. Especially after reading all the great reviews, i was really disappointed. The quality in terms of listening to music is great but the structure is horrible. I don't typically write reviews but in this situation, I'm really upset!!! On to Bose!!!

This review is for Studio3 wireless headphones. They were bought in February of 2017 and in March of 2018 they would not power on after being left on. Tried to charge but no light indicator came on. Brought to Apple and they said that do to a missing screw in hinge that would void the warranty, even though the problem was with the battery life. I liked the fact that I could turn volume up and down and switch songs just by pressing headphones, but the fact that the battery pooped out after a little over a year is really disappointing.The quality is definitely lacking and I would recommend an extended warranty if you plan on purchasing.

After 2 months they won’t charge anymore. Bought these in January and they no longer work.

For the money these are garbage. First you wont be able to charge the because they have a known issue with the charging port. The apple/beats wont help without charging a huge amount. Basically you could buy a new pair. Then once you get the fixed (the part is 20 bucks online) you have to make sure no e of the this crap wires they use get crimped or kinked otherwise only one side will work. Buy anything else. Apple reduces the amount of time the warranty lasts on its beats products and nothing else

The sound quality is good but the build quality is poor making it very fragile.

They pull my hair out and it’s really lining after a good workout

First pair of Beats were incredible. Got a few years out of them. Bought two more 3 months ago and they’re both junk. One has no bass anymore and is scratchy. The other pair still sound decent but the right side has this awful funny noise that just drives a guy nuts. If you like to listen to music and listen to it loudly then these aren’t for you. They don’t hold up.

Battery wouldn’t fully charge! But Best Buy was quick to replace item .

Not comfortable on the ears. Other than that nice headphones. Pretty color too.

Beats makes great souding headphone no doubt about it. But after owning three pairs, I would not recommend it to anyone trying own one for the long term. Of the three pair I’ve owned, two the arch that goes around your head broke, and the third one the leather covering the foaom that goes around your ears ripped in the process of normal. All within owning for less than 1 1/2.

They are decent headphone however sound is not as great as advertised

NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE..Absolutely ZERO bass..and no battery life at all.noise cancellation is eh. Not the greatest either. Clean sound..no bass no battery life. My old beats I have are way better.

I had a previous version of this for about 10 months. And it was brought from bestbuy. It was broken suddenly when I was putting it on my head. I did nothing wrong but just putting it on head by opening up the headset. The top of headset cracked and fell off. I called apple and they said it’s covered under warranty. So I dropped off it at the local apple store. Few says later they called me and said they won’t repair it and I have to pay 250 to repair. I had to decline and not even bother to pick it up. This is not a good product and also does not have good support on beats from apple.

even when i use these headphones i still hear my alc0h9lic dad b3ating my mother and breaking her sh7t but its to the beat of yummy by Justin Bieber so div0rce be tasty but i can also hear my brother and his sl9tty girlfriend a having s6x in the other room luv quarantine stay safe
