Costly for such a short duration

I have tried to reset it but all it does is flash and goes back off. Do some research before getting this.

THE Beats is good enough but the Sony has more features and better noise cancelling. It doesn't have the design flair but not what I was after.

Colossal disappointment

Once I received them I tried them out and was initially disappointed with the sound so I downloaded the beats app for Android thinking that there must be an eq setting that needed to be set. Turns out the beats app for Android is completely useless and . The only way to adjust the sound quality is through your phone's internal EQ. After 45 minutes of fiddling with the EQ, I finally gave up and decided to return this product. As with most things Apple, you pay for the logo, not the product. For the same price you would be much better advised to buy the Sony WH-1000XM3, the Sennheiser PCX 550, or the Bose QC35.

Isn't bass heavy like you would think especially with them being an over the ear sized headphone.
