I bought them on march and only lasted me 7 months, not Best Buy’s fault

Summary pretty much sums it up and from s easy internet search seems to be a common issue. On a positive note, they were like almost half off.. But still a pretty penny. Comfortable, light, great battery life.

You cant hear The bass at all only good thing about these headphones is they cancel out all other noises but the quality of the music is terrible dead serious not worth 400$ Apple AirPod sounds 10x better

High price and mediocre sound quality. Material also mediocre

I was expecting then bigger like the regular studio.

Average headphones at high cost. Works ok for music but while over calls other end of people always complain about muffled voice.

I love how they instantly connect to my phone I love it

The quality is terrible for the price. They sound like regular airpods just minus the background noise due to ANC. The beats Solo3 sound better. Not worth the money.

They left the package at the neighbor's, from the photo they took I could see that it was my neighbor's house and not mine, which was where they had to leave the package

These don’t have the features that come with the newer Beats models. Also, wound is not as good as I would expect for the Beats name. My Skullcandy Crusher ANCs are a way better value (much less expensive) and have better sound quality.

I took a chance on a good sale. Turns out it was overpriced junk. Picked these up for almost 50% off the list price. Now I see why. Not even three months in and the plastic is cracked on the inside of the band just above where the cups attach. I have a larger than average head so I'm betting that the continued stress on the plastic from extended use at my desk pushed them past their limit. Apple won't do anything since I do not have extended Apple Care Warranty. Stick with Jabra. Love the two sets I have from them. Beats are garbage.

We purchased a open box. Which this was only a 20 dollar discount. With that being said, these were given as a Christmas gift and to our surprise these were cracked on one of the headphones. I am assuming the reason it was an open box is due to someone previously purchased them and returned them. What I am guessing is they purchased these broke them shortly after the purchase and then returned these. Best Buy should have inspected these wellOh has to be sent directly to Dan OK and when would you have it and it’s already 5 o’clock OK I am I guess just order it before putting back in stock. Now I have called and unfortunately since we can’t prove that we didn’t break these we are now out $270

The original product was a nightmare. The customer service was horrible on the phone said one thing on the store said another thing. Product received after was great m yv son enjoyed it

I love these headphones. I don’t really use the noise cancellation because if you turn the volume loud enough you can’t hear. The battery life is amazing doesn’t take long to charge 10 minutes the most and last you a few days. It’s last me about 3 day without charge. You don’t have to use your phone at all to control anything your can skip, pause, replay, answer, hang up, and tune the volume. I recommend these if you want something snug on your ears, loud, if your hands are busy with work or school, or if you wanna block out noise.

Good set of headphones. My only major issue is they don’t come with the options to purchase an extended warranty. (Just the basic 1yr manufacturers warranty) and that’s it! Smh! Strongly debating returning them!

Do not buy. Last set lasted six months. This set lasted two months. Both times Best Buy would not replace the item and directed me to Apple repair. Sent to get repairs and they were returned to me saying they worked just fine. Last set wouldn’t turn on and they did not fix, said they were fine. This time they didn’t fix the issue and returned to me saying they were fine. Not even sure the repair department even looked at them. I mean they wouldn’t turn on, seems like they should have noticed that.

They keep disconnecting when I try to listen to music

I am extremely unhappy with the quality that was sent to me. I understand this is an “open box” product. But the fact that your team didn’t even take two seconds to wipe the ear pieces clean?! They were covered in makeup. I was so embarrassed for my husband to open his gift and only be covered in SOMEONE ELSES MAKEUP. So beyond disgusting. I will never be buying a used product from you again. VERY disappointed.

The item was an open box item so i really didnt get to try the headphones because of the condition of them. I notified the store and asked for a manager to call me back and noone did.
