These are really uncomfortable headphones for a $349 MSRP. I thought that I would give them a try for the $180.00 price during the Xmas pricing season. The sound is really tinny, and has no depth. The headrest has zero padding, and the ear cups dont even fold in a lay flat position. Really uncomfortable, these would be hard to wear on a long flight. There is no app to adjust the settings at all! Beats is not for me, on the flip side, the Sony 1000MX3s are great! Really comfortable, and the sound and the noise cancelling are superb! Even at $180 bucks, these Beats are not worth it!

The headset looks great and it is cool it has a mic. However the sound quality isn’t what it used to be since Apple owner it. I would try another brand. There is literally no bass in these headphones Lol.

Cute colors but returned because apple won’t let you purchase an extended warranty. That made me the they don’t stand behind their product enough to offer a warranty. Not worth it especially when they cost so much

Not a fan anymore, I bought a pair around 5 yrs ago and these just don’t sound the same. Built OK, but the midrange was quit high for me. Returned.

Super tight fit to the point of being uncomfortable after a few minutes of use. Sounds are not as I had expected, music quality is far short of dynamic and clear and the listening time is about 3 hours

Battery stopped working a little after one year. Called beats, and rhey wanted 199 to fix it. No thanks, i couls buy a new set. Bought bose quietcomfort 35 ii, instead.

The sounds is good, but mine is broken, 1 of the ear wiggle so much it almost open and closes by itself, and the button to turn On & Off is broke .

This would have been the perfect product if people could hear me in the mic. I was told repeatedly that i sounded muffled

They just sound like regular headphones. They aren’t anything worth spending this much money for. Will return and try Sony headphones.

its fine jsut not the best headphone. after using 15-20 minutes its just hurting your ears. i just got the bose quietcomfort 2 and used it for 2-3 hours no problem at all.

Bought these headphones for my husband. Normally I'm a Bose fan but thought I would try something new. Bought these back in June and they have already broken--of course Best Buy says they can't do anything about this because it's passed the time but it's only been 4 months and this product has already broken. Hoping that Apple will do something about this. I'm so disappointed and will never buy this brand again.

I really didn’t like the noise  cancellation and sound  coliti I think i can get bette headphones for that price

These headphones are comfortable, deep base, and long battery life! Love love love these headphones, I had a pair of beats solo 2 before, definitely worth the upgrade!

I heard mixed reviews on these headphones. I have only been using them two months but so far so good. I just hope if something goes wrong it’s with in my one year warranty.

I had the headphones for about a year and they where great but one day about a month ago the ear part just came off.

I gave this 2 stars for the construction of these headphones. Listening experience hands down is excellent. Just feels when I go to put them on it feels like there going to break.

Used to enjoy the sound quality of beats but after having had multiple other headsets, these just didn't sound that great, sent them back immediately after using the first time.

I was hoping these would be amazing but they were not. The sound quality even at the discounted price did not make me want to keep these. I returned them for a refund.

Extremely dissatisfied by the product quality. I bought the headphones for $179 plus tax on April 2020 and the substandard plastic part broke off with 6 months. I was extremely careful while using it, didn’t drop anywhere and the repair center gave a quote of $199 plus tax. The customer service agent initially told me that it is covered in the warranty but later they refused. I will never recommend this product anyone and I wish I could have bought Bose or some other brand.

Can’t control volume from the headphones !!! Can’t get help . Bose sound is far better. ANC is better.
