Works w apple phones better, i have an android phone, plastic body

They need to be louder like the older version or model

Heavy and tight on head. You will feel pain after a short while.

I applied for credit to purchase the item in review. As mentioned, product is fine and I would recommend it. Unfortunately, I could not say the same as it relates to my application for credit to purchase above reviewed item. I believe credit should have been extended since at the time of application my credit score was 718. Therefore, I believe my application for credit was poorly processed. Thank you.

They aren’t comfortable and the ANC does not block our nearly enough. Heck, the sound quality isn’t even that good.

I give this one star not because of the product but because this was an open boxed item listed in excellent condition and from my understanding is checked top to bottom by best buy before its re sold. So im pretty upset to say the least , my wife goes to add her new beats to her phone and they come up as Kyles headphones. The previous owners name. Thanks a lot best buy!

Don't buy this product it is horrible i regret buying it. Its made of cheap plastic and the sound quality is the same as a $20 headphone from target. I ignored all the bad reviews and bought it please don't make that same mistake as me. If you want a pair of headphones that is actually god just go buy a pair of Bose QuietComfort 35 twos. Don't make the mistake I made.

Battery doesn’t last long. Like it’s described in the box.

Not as good as expected. Noise cancelling function is not acceptable compare to AirPods Pro or Sony headphones.

Kind of overrated for the price not a big fan of these at all, I’d rather buy something like Bose or Sony instead.

Worked fine but the left earphone snapped and broke in less than a year of using regularly.

For the price they suck. Have them to my wife and went and bought the Sony for same price and much better sound

Sound is decent, but I had 2 pairs of these stop working within 8 months of purchase. One pair had an issue with something inside rattling during light use, and the other stopped charging entirely. Both of these headphones were not heavily used, and were well taken care of. Disappointed.

I purchased these as a graduation gift for my son. One ear doesn’t even work now and the plastic is all cracking. They look and feel like they’re about to fall apart after only a few months. I cannot believe how expensive they were to just have to be thrown away. Best Buy refuses to help.

Not an attractive color. Pay a little bit more for what you want! Sometimes less expensive is not always better.

Got these for my son for Christmas after 2 months the left side is pulling out. The whole side ear covering is going to break off. The warranty is now thru apple so go luck getting them to stand behind there product. They said it's cracked on left ear peice and on head band part but they can't fix it so it's 199$ to replace! That is the price i paid for them what a waste of money.

I got these for $200 and it still wasn't worth it. Noise canceling isn’t good but I love hot dogs so thats good

I would not recommend anyone to buy these. The ear cushions doesn't last very long before they start peeling.
