Worst beats I’ve ever bought ! I have had every pair of studios and one pro . These are by far the most disappointing headphones . I agree with the person that said if you like hip-hop music these are not for you . There is absolutely no bass they sound like a worse version of Bose headphones. I don’t know what Apple was thinking but they messed up big here . I took them back less than an hour after purchasing them and bought the old studio wireless headphones. What makes beats great is the bass. And these have none . Might as well buy the bose if your gonna spend this much money.

It sure looks like I am in the minority, but I don't understand how these review so well. The no doubt are the most stylish ANC headset, and I know branding goes a long way. but these do not compare to other models in this price segment. Highs and mids are below average. Base does hit, but everything else is subpar. I admit name-recognition was the reason I got them, but I have already replaced them with a better and cheaper pair.

Very capable headphones and the best looking ones on the market. The folding joints could be more sturdy, but I just make sure that I am careful when putting in the case.

Terrible build quality, it feels like like something you would get off wish and no joke wish would have better quality built headphones. It sounds like a infant toy when touching it with all the squeaky sounds and cheap plastic build. I have their regular beats form a few years ago and that has better quality. This company has made their products worse now to cut on margins. Feels like a baby toy.

I purchased my first pair of Beats in 2015. Fast forward almost five years and I am in need of a new pair. I originally bought the Bose QuietComfort 35 II. After comparing the Bose to my old Beats, I didn't feel I could justify spending the extra money on the Bose (both were on sale). I just received my new Beats Studio 3 headphones today. I can't begin to express how disappointed I am with the sound quality. Comparing them to my old Beats, there is no comparison. My old pair has clear sound and awesome bass. The new ones sound very tinny, almost muffled, and the bass is incredibly weak compared to my old ones. It is expected that quality will increase as technology advances but Beats has definitely taken a huge step backwards. Maybe they sound good if you don't know what the old Beats sounded like, but these ones don't live up to the hype. I got my Studio 3's for $164 (they were on sale for $199 and I had $35 in rewards). While this is an awesome deal, they sound so bad that I'm not even willing to pay $160. I will be returning these and getting a paid of Bose or Sony. If you value quality audio, choose a different brand.

I loved these headphones when I first got them. Loved them so much that I got a pair for my wife and another pair for me while they were on sale. Unfortunately, after a few months, the pair I was using splintered near the hinge point on the right side. After checking and reading some reviews, I found that this is a common problem. It's a great price but, because they splinter or break after a few months, not a great value. You shouldn't have to replace a quality pair of headphones every 3 months.

Was a gift for my son and he loves them. We were happy with the great sales pricing as well.

Sound is ok only good when on sale just a ok noise cancelling headphone.

I bought these because I love my Beats solo Pro on ear headphones but they hurt after a few hours. I would NOT have bought these!!! The solo pro uses apple charger, solo3 uses android!! And the solo pro turns off and on when you close… I still can’t figure out how to turn these off so the battery doesn’t even last an 8 hour day so forget 40 hours! Such a waste.
