This is the second and last pair I will ever buy. Bought AppleCare for two years and they made it about 6 months beyond that so I'm out of luck. These things are garbage and cheaply made. Don't waste your money.

Over priced headphones. The build is cheap, and break easily. I have owned two pairs, and both snapped near the ear piece. I would not recommend these headphones ever. The sound is decent, but nothing better than what else is out there such as JBL, Sony, and Bose.

Well after charging up the headset I tried the noise canceling operation. After a few minutes the noise canceling turned itself off. Searched for the reset steps on the internet, but it still did not work. I purchased mainly for noise canceling. Took it back and purchased the Boise headset instead.

I’ll be giving these as a Christmas gift, but was told if there are any issues I can’t exchange or return because it will be too long from purchase date. That’s a terrible outdated policy.

They were an average headphone that looks nice but they break at the joint where they fold. The repair cost more than buying new. If you use them daily you might get a year out of them.

These began to fall apart within less than 6 months, with no damage caused by user. Apple would not repair nor replace, claiming they were dropped. Bluetooth connectivity was unreliable.

I purchased this headphone last month for myself. After charging them up and turning them on the ANC won't stay active. It shuts itself down. I've tried resetting them, but it still shuts itself down. The headphones are going back tomorrow and will look at Sony or Boise.

These are, by far, the worst beats headphones that I’ve ever owned!! They disconnect from the Bluetooth connection ALL the time! Won’t turn on, won’t turn off... Adjustable parts of headband are too loose. Definitely going to get a different brand next time.

Had these headphones for less than a year but they are already peeling and the overall quality is very poor. Not worth the money.

Terrible. The noice cancelling feature is being used as a crutch for the lack of volume and sound quality. May be decent if used on a pc but otherwise no.

Smh beats are so overrated. These reviews are laughable. These have NO BASS ! No feeling, these don't give me a concert feeling

Worked great til it constantly caused my spotify app to randomly shut down. Audio quality was so so, but, if they got that bug fixed then that'd be greeeeattt...

I barely have used these head phones. The CHEAP plastic has broken above the ear muffs on both sides. $350 items should not be made out of $2 materials.

Disconnects from bluetooth constantly in between songs, doesnt even play hard bass on some songs, hurt your scalp after a while, overall pretty ridiculous

Do not buy anything from best buy online. They do not deliver on time. Your order is always delayed. They do do not like selling things on sale.

These are not by Dre they are by apple and mass produced. These don't sound as good as the originals. Best Buy needs to change the name.

Chip plastic, should be mat by description but actually shine, collect all stains
